EVENT SCHEDULE
Olney & Richland County is celebrating its 175th anniversary all throughout the year. The Dodransbicentennial Days, was the crowning celebration weekend.
Community Picnic
The easiest way to fellowship and interact with others in your community - breaking bread together! A Community Picnic was hosted at the Olney City Park . Serving began at 10:30 a.m. and continue until approximately 2:00 p.m. Catering was provided by Niemerg's Steakhouse. Tickets were $3.00, with children 2 & under FREE. This event was a great success! Prairie Farms also provided free ice cream.

Swim Day!
The Musgrove Aquatic Center also hosted a Free Swim Day on this date from 1:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Considering that we were in the "2016 Heat Dome," this was quite refreshing!
Ecumenical Worship Service

A wonderful worship service was held on this day that welcomed all denominations. The Richland County Ministerial Association hosted this service in the Olney City Park Brian Free and Assurance were featured. Service time was set for 1:00 p.m. This event was free to the public, and attendees were encouraged to bring chairs/blankets for additional seating.
Mueum(s) Extended Hours
The Museums were open for extended hours to help residents and visitors learn about Richland County, its history, and take a peek into the past. Admission was free to the public. The museums (listed below) were open from 1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
